Distillery & Tasting Room Opening Late Summer 2018

American Heritage Kitchen provides the accompanying menu to the Crostwater Tasting Room. Chef Kevin Warren has worked with the following local vendors to create his ever changing menu from local ingredients. When you visit us here at the tasting room you will enjoy our distilled spirits paired with plates sourcing from these local farms and suppliers:

Blackberry Duck Breast Salad
Jurgielewicz & Son sautéed duck breast – mixed summer greens – blackberries – radish – pea shoots – beets – Keepwell Cabernet Franc vinaigrette
